Background: Beverage Works is a Distributor for Red Bull. Based out of Wall, NJ and with warehouses throughout NJ, their fleet of more than 140 trucks delivers Red Bull to restaurants, stores and street vendors throughout NJ and NYC. They had a legacy mainframe system, and were migrating to a wireless-based system that would enable truck drivers to immediately upload Point of Delivery transaction information. I was hired to migrate their accounting system from their legacy mainframe to QuickBooks Enterprise and interface with the vendor of their Routing and Inventory Management Software so that the transactions could be imported into QuickBooks.
