"Girard Equipment is a supplier of wholesale tank truck parts to over the road hauler of petroleum products (www.girardequip.com). We have been in business since 1952. We have multiple locations in NJ and TX. About three years ago, we hired a consultant to implement QuickBooks Point of Sale (Multi-store) and QuickBooks Enterprise. The installation was not done right, resulting in lots of phone calls between locations, and large infrastructure investments that kept overheating. Worse, we were unable to get inventory reports out of an Inventory Management System!

Hart completely recast the system, breaking apart our monolithic structure and creating a distributed architecture, with local databases and automated syncs with HQ. He created processes unique to our needs, 1-page Standard Operating Procedures for all functions, and trained our people at all locations. And he did this without our losing a blip. I remember that when we went live, he was at our location and bolting together the pieces till the wee hours of night. The system has worked smoothly since then.
