"Capitol Distribution is in the business of distributing Bakey and Snack Ingredients since 1999. We have the latest 15-user QuickBooks Enterprise, and have been using QuickBooks since 1999. We do more than 150 transactions a day. Over the years, the QuickBooks file got quite bloated. Our reports took hours, not minutes. Backups ran overnight. Due to some really odd transactions that we could never find, Rebuild was impossible. We tried to get help from QuickBooks Enterprise support, which never really solved the problem.

It was a full fidelity conversion without a single journal entry, and with all transactions properly structured as they should be. At the end of it, I did an inventory count to bring the books up to speed, and the balances matched. The file itself is now a tenth of the original size and users are able to run reports that run in seconds. We routinely rebuild our file, and backups happen quickly.
